Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changing Your Delivery Address

To request a change to your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information submitted during checkout is complete and accurate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for information about returning your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number so we can help locate your shipment.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where reasonably possible and contact us immediately.

If you discover the damage after delivery, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Outlet Kicks does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers should contact their local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Outlet Kicks is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
