At Outlet Kicks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
Please note that customers located in the European Union may benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If your item is defective, damaged or different from the item you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@outlet-kicks.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, used or damaged after delivery.

Sale or clearance items, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing as consumers within the European Union generally have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires by contacting contact@outlet-kicks.com.
Returned items must be unused, unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit.
This statutory right does not apply to products that are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal, including certain personalized or custom-made goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
When approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
